I have been serving residents of Larksfield Place since 1990. I have worked in the Health Care Center, Independent Living and Assisted Living. I am passionate about my work and feel a sense of belonging at Larksfield. I never dreamed I could have a job and make a difference in so many lives.
When I started, my son, Roderick, was five-years old and residents always asked about him. Roderick has extended grandparents here – he has completed high school, served our country in the military and has become a father during my time at Larksfield. I get cards and phone calls from residents. That love, the sense of family, is why I stay at Larksfield. I call it a privilege to work here.
