With 40% of Frontline Workers Under Financial Hardship, Senior Living Providers Step Up Support

"Working in a senior living community in the midst of Covid-19 is far from easy, but for many associates, stress is stemming largely from their situations at home."  Chelsea Powell, VP Human Resources, speaks of how Larkfield is implementing special programs to address these pain points. Karen Wilkerson, Health Care Administrator, also talks about fun things to keep the staff motivated.  These practices will help to retain more workers in this time when maintaining staffing levels is crucial.
