The primary objective of the Prep Cook is to assist the Lead Cook and/or Line cook with the preparation of daily meals. The Prep Cook will prepare food items including salads, and vegetable trays. Wash, peel, cut, chop, and slice vegetables, and meat in preparation for daily meals. Pull assorted food items from the freezer in advance of meal preparation and sanitize cooking utensils, serving containers, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas and food storage units.
2:00 pm to 8:30 pm, required to work weekends.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card within 30-days of hire date.
Prefer prior experience working in the food service industry.
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly.
