DUTIES: The Housekeeper will provide a clean and sanitary environment for the residents and staff by performing such tasts as cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and disposing of trash in the commons areas, independent living units, villas and offices.

DUTIES: The Janitor will provide floor care, trash service and cleaning services in the commons areas, fitness center and resident laundry rooms. The Janitor will also perform room set-ups; clean exterior windows and transport laundry.
