On the occasion of the 19th Anniversary of Larksfield Place, the community will break ground on a 56,000 square foot wing of new Apartment Homes, announces Valerie McGhee, Larksfield Place President and CEO.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at 10 a.m. Future and current residents will be in attendance. Construction is scheduled to be complete in December 2008.
As plans evolved, Larkfield Place has received high praise for the overall outstanding quality of standard features, materials and amenities these homes will include.
“We are offering some of the highest quality homes in the Wichita area, on par with some of the most exclusive traditional housing areas,” says McGhee.
From 1,248 to 1,800 square feet, the Apartment Homes are of ample proportions. The floor plans are open featuring large kitchens, perfect for entertaining. Several of the Apartment Homes include wrap-around porches. Standard amenities include granite countertops, crown molding, hardwood and tile floors, pull out drawers, and weekly housekeeping visits.

“We are building these Apartment Homes with comfort features that will accommodate changing lifestyles and all health levels, allowing residents to age in place,” says McGhee.
