Larksfield Place Foundation
Welcome to Supportive Health Services

The Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is licensed by the State of Kansas to provide home health care in your Apartment Home or Villa. We can help with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, simple meal preparations, and other assistance that will enable you to continue living in your Apartment Home or Villa for as long as possible. Or simply drop by our office for a blood pressure check or for a quick answer to a question. We’re here so you can continue to successfully manage your health.

  • Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is available seven days a week and can be used for as little as 30 minutes per service. 
  • Staff is supervised by a highly experienced registered nurse who conducts regular assessments to be sure your needs a re being met with the highest quality of care.
  • Personal services are performed by licensed home health aides employed by Larksfield Place.
  • The director of Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is Ramona Wills, R.N., who is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the professional assistants, and also for coordinating medical services.
Helping You Stay Independent

Larksfield Place is pleased to offer a wonderful service to help our community members stay independent and healthy. Our Supportive Health Services is completely staffed by Larksfield Place employees who have been thoroughly screened and who are uniquely qualified to work with you. We understand that it isn’t always necessary to see your regular physician. Sometimes all you need is a little help – a fresh bandage, someone to help organize your prescriptions for the week, or help in and out of the bath. Whatever your needs, our Supportive Health Services team is here for you.

How to Obtain Supportive Health Services

An initial fee of $100 enrolls you in the Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services program. This fee covers the cost of an initial needs assessment and allows us to set up your medical charts and information. (Charts are closed out after 60 days without chart activity.)
