At Larksfield Place our aim is to proactively help minimize health declines and promote wellness. Our Supportive Health Service offers the option of home health care in your Apartment Home or Villa, along with an office where residents can check blood pressure or simply ask a quick question.

We’re here so you can continue to successfully manage your health.

• Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is available seven days a week and can be used for as little as 30 minutes per service. 
• Staff is supervised by a highly experienced registered nurse who conducts regular assessments to be sure your needs a re being met with the highest quality of care.
• Personal services are performed by licensed home health aides employed by Larksfield Place.
• The director of Larksfield Place Supportive Health Services is Ramona Wills, R.N., who is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the professional assistants, and also for coordinating medical services.
